Returns & Exchanges

  • We stand behind mystride gear and want customers to be satisfied with it. We'll always do our best to take care of customers. If you have any issues with the mystride gear you purchased, please email returns@mystride.com with your last name and zip code where we shipped the item(s). We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the philosophy of treating others the way we would like to be treated ourselves.

RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)

  • You can return item(s) by mail. After we find your order and accept your return, we will email you a postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return will be processed within 1 business day of your drop-off at the post office.

REFUNDS

  • All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification.

    1. We do not charge any restocking fees
    2. Perishable items do not need to be returned, while refunds are still given

Sales Tax

  • Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated. Because orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations across the U.S., the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.

    The terms contained herein are subject to change, as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. We strive to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently, and continue to monitor and update our taxation policies as those laws change.

Pricing Policy

  • If we permanently reduce the price of an item you purchased, we will happily adjust the sale price at your request within 14 days of your shipment date. The item must be the same color and size and must be in stock.
